AR Accountant

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Update monthly sales report by detail and summary
  • Issue invoice
  • Sending invoices by email and hard copy to customers
  • Update monthly collection report
  • Update AR outstanding balance and work with NSC Vietnam about bad debt
  • Following up customer payment by calling/email
  • Check MTS monthly/yearly tax declaration which is prepared by an accounting firm
  • Work and support for yearly tax audit and statutory audit

Reporting to

  • Finance and Transaction Manager (direct report)
  • Operation Manager (indirect report)

Languages Required

English

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting 
  • Able to communicate in English in upper-intermediate level.
  • At least 1 year experience at the same position is preferable
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software packages is preferable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially, MS Excel.
  • Honest, careful, accurate, strong problem solving skill and attention to detail.
