Area Sale Representative
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement company sales strategy & business plan & marketing plan to achieve the company target.
- Responsible on sales targets in the delegated areas to achieve profitability goals.
- Look for new customers, find new distributors to sell company’s products and build strong relationship with them.
- Be a market sensor feedback all market information to BOD.
- Assess customers' needs, explain and demonstrate descriptions and purposes.
- Manage all sales activities, make and implement sales action plans.
- To prepare and submit to the BOD and related departments including but not limited to the weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports, plans, forecasts, updates on: working plan, sales volume, import plan, debt collection, project information, market behavior and competitors’ activities, customer data.
- Product ranges which are mainly responsible for:
- Seasoning products
- Frying powder mix
- Drinks powder mix

Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Cambodian: Fluent in 4 skills.
- Good command of English (or Vietnamese, or Chinese) in speaking and writing.
- At least three years' experience in sale with two years' experience in sales with B2B
- Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to sell and negotiate well with customers
- Ability to work independently, under pressure
- Good at planning, problem solving, decision making, analytical, creative thinking and organizational skills.
- Positive, passionate & motivated.
- Good knowledge of F&B industry.
- Strong health, able to work flexible/long hours and travel
