Assistant to Customer Service Manager (Japanese Speaker)

Summary of Position

One of the major investment groups in Cambodia, involved in infrastructure development, property development & investment, trading & consumer goods, leisure & hospitality is looking for an Assistant to Customer Service Manager.

The Assistant to Customer Service Manager  will be in charge of assisting and supporting the Customer Service Manager in customer service, communicates and works to achieve the mission of the company. 

Minimum 5 years of experience in fast-paced executive customer service environment or related field.

Fluent in English and Japanese (Both in writing and speaking).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist and relieve in various customer service functions
  • Provide superior customer service, handle customer service problems using established policies/procedures
  • Support the Customer Service Manager in the job training and cross-training of the customer service staff and performing self audits
  • Ensure that every task is done correctly and effectively and make sure that all aspects of customer service are established well
  • Assist the customer service manager with preparation of annual performance evaluations, as well as with maintaining documentation regarding employee performance
  • Ensure the compliance applies with company and investment policy
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by customer service manager

To the Customer Service Manager

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in fast-paced executive customer service environment or related field

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Fluent in English and Japanese (Both in writing and speaking)

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable of investment policy, QIP, taxation, compliance and company registration is an advantage
  • Excellent in communication skills, problem solving, good judgment ability and multi-tasking skills
  • Work independently, act with appropriate urgency, initiative
  • Ability to accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals
  • Maintaining utmost confidentiality with sensitive and personal information ability to prioritize own work and resources to complete projects on time and solve routine problems effectively
