Business Development Manager
Summary of Position
Bright Victory Mekong Petroleum Import & Export Co., Ltd (BVM). Currently, we are looking for a Business Development Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist to develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with the company and examines risks and potentials for business opportunities
- Planning and coordinating the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required, and presents findings of studies
- Interpreting, evaluating and interrelating research data and developing integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Leading ongoing reviews of processes and developing optimization strategies to improve those processes
- Monitoring project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports, recommending actions
- Performing daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
- Creating informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

Other Requirements
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, etc
- At least three years of business development experience or other equivalences
- High capability to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per a number of different projects will be implemented at the same time
- Be mature to work in collaboration with staff, department manager and other people at senior level both within internally and externally
- Knowledge and understanding of research design, quantitative and qualitative analysis tools and experience coordinating fieldwork
- Strong conceptualization and analytical skills and capacity to contribute to future planning
- Good at the inter-personal skill, customer service, and selling skills
- Computer literacy of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher, and Power BI
