Call Contact Agent
Summary of Position
Bright Victory Mekong Petroleum Import & Export Co., Ltd (BVM) is a petroleum importer operating in Cambodia since 2008 by providing quality gasoil and gasoline nationwide. We are looking for a Call Contact Agent who will be based in Head Office to support and grow our business. It is expected to be filled as soon as possible.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Inbound Call
- Respond to customer inquiries by following the customer service standard and script provided by Bright Victory Mekong Petroleum Import Export Co., Ltd
- Research required information using available resources if assigned by the Head of Department
- Handle/resolve customer complaints (if doable in your level) and/or identify and escalate priority issues/complaints to the right person of the units which a complaint/issue raised to
- Perform your role and contact point from the client to follow up and close the complaint/issue
- Follow-up customer calls where necessary
- Provide customers with product and service information, terms and conditions if asked by the client
- Route calls to appropriate departments if a query/complaint is not manageable within your discretion
- Complete call logs and prepare call reports on the timely manner
Outbound Call
- Contact client by phone to survey about the service and product provided by the company
- Describe products and services, respond to questions, identify for the opportunity for sales, obtain customer information, and refer sales opportunity to Sales Rep
- Monitor GPS and produce daily GPS report
- Contact the driver and client to ensure goods and services are delivered as planned
- Keep up to date with the company’s products suite and marketing campaigns to ensure superior product knowledge
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree

Fresh Graduate / Entry level
Other Requirements
- Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration
- Graduated from Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication-related field. University Student in year 3 and 4 are also welcome to apply
- Experience in Call Centre Service or Customer Care Service is highly encouraged to apply
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to communicate well through phone call and to solve the problem effectively
- Hard-working and have a high commitment toward work
- Effective interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use English and knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
