Customer Success Specialist [Khmer, Lao, Burmese]
Summary of Position
Teleperformance Malaysia SDN BHD: Currently, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist [Khmer, Lao, Burmese].
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels.
- Handle customer’s concerns positively and professionally.
- Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels when necessary.
- Works with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support.
- Participate in additional training courses as required.
- Maintains and improves quality of service by giving recommendations.
- Keeps job knowledge up to date by attending upskill trainig to improve skills.
- Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
- Adhere to the policies set by the company.

- Additional language skills for Thai, Lao and Burmese will be an advantage
- Prior working experiences in Call Center will be a plus
- Familiar and interested in Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Intagram, etc.
- Possess professional customer service skills; solutions mindset, multi-tasking, passion for customers and ability to deliver great customer experience.
- Ability to follow process and collaborate effectively to work in a team
- Excellent skills in communication, logical reasoning and creative thinking
- Fast learner with strong interests in public cloud products and technologies
