Digital Marketing Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is a large size commercial bank in Cambodia. They are looking for a highly creative Digital Marketing Manager who will lead their marketing team, will be responsible for all aspects of their marketing operations and the central goal is to help grow the brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Marcom in the overall digital strategy Manage the web

  • Hierarchy and content management Define and manage the Bank social media channels Maintain the effective presence of the Banks online search Engine optimization

  • Work with the Campaign manager to develop the digital component of the campaign and manage the Paid media plan and creative execution

  • Ensure the approval process for all materials are followed

  • Ensure consistency and adherence to the brand guidelines

  • Monitor the campaign results refine and optimize as appropriate

  • Design and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, display advertising campaigns, and SEO.

  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts/agencies to improve marketing results.

  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the banking industry.

  • Evaluate important metrics that affect the website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels

  • Effectively use the existing and develop new digital partnerships to maximize the Bank’s online

  • Other tasks assigned by management

Digital Execution and Media Buy

  • Manage and plan digital marketing budget

  • Plan and create innovative ideas and creative content for effective digital media placement to drive engagement

  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Explore and execute creative campaigns to position the Bank’s and the leader in digital sphere

  • Review (stay up to date) new ways of advertising to keep the Bank as the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Social Media

  • Plan and create creative content to drive engagement on social media

  • Plan campaigns to drive brand/product awareness and positioning

  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Actively engage in social media to understand and engage conversations with the consumers for better

  • insights on consumer’s opinion on the brand/products

  • Review new technologies (features) to keep the Bank as the forefront of developments in social media

Website 

  • Managing the redesign of the Bank’s websites to improve the usability, design, content and conversions

  • Derive strategy to drive online traffic to the Bank’s websites

  • Track conversion rate and visitor’s reports to make improvements to the websites

Head of Marketing Division

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or other related fields.

  • At least 3 to 5 years working experience

  • Experience managing digital strategy

  • Experience in social media management, app development, web development and optimization, paid media strategy development

  • Experience with coordinating marketing and communication projects

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both Khmer & English Computer proficiency Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Proven ability to work on own initiative, meeting objectives and tight deadlines under pressure

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff, at all levels, and third parties

  • Proficient at producing and presenting reports
