English to Khmer Freelance Subtitle Translator

Summary of Position

Conditions:

  • This is a freelancing position with no limitation as to the location

Terms and conditions:

  • This is a freelance position with no limits to the location. You will need, however, access to a stable Internet connection and Chrome browser. Candidates will need to pass an assessment on our online platform. Payment is made via PayPal or Payoneer within 30 days of receiving original invoice (non-negotiable).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Translate subtitles for drama, variety and other forms of TV programs from English – Khmer

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Languages Required

English, Khmer

Other Requirements

  • Native or high-level proficiency in Khmer
  • Excellent command of colloquial and written English – Khmer
  • Previous experience in translating or proofreading is preferred
  • Positive, can-do spirit, proactive, result-driven, and resourceful
  • Willing to learn new things and enjoying new challenges
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and within limited time constraints
