Our client is a real estate and property development company in Cambodia. They are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be in charge of financial planning, analysis and projection for the company and corporations. S/He forecasts future revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures and determine capital budgeting for projects. S/He will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Provide report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Management
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields
• High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, experience in using ERP will be a plus
• Strong analytical, data collection and analytical skills
• Proficient time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with high sense of confidentiality
