Fulfillment Manager
Summary of Position
Our client is a leading engineering company in Cambodia. They are seeking a Fulfillment Manager who is excellent in project execution to achieve highest revenue, profit, quality, safety and customer satisfaction. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor all new installation projects to ensure that every project is completed on time, meet with the required company standards and be able to gain the target profitability
- Supervise and provide guidelines to project manager/engineers in managing project cost (e.g. imported material cost, local material cost, labor cost and labor efficiency, variation cost, etc.) to achieve higher positive PrePost Gap
- Manage, train and grow resources to align with strategic capacity planning with continuous certification program
- Supervise and monitor the testing processes after installation to ensure that the final products are safe and passed SAIS inspection, reliable and meet all clients’ requirements (commissioning activity)
- Select, supervise, and monitor the contractors in each project to ensure that the company standard requirements (skills, price, etc.) are met and the project finished on time as scheduled
- Provide advice regarding construction issues and maintains a good relationship with all stakeholders (clients, contractors, architects, etc.) to ensure that projects are completed on time with high satisfaction, able to collect the payments as planned and thereby leading to a long-term relationship
- Through the coordination with Logistics function, plan and control the cost and orders of imported and local materials and equipment to ensure that they are delivered on time as planned and therefore save project’s cost as much as possible
- Coach and provide necessary training and development for all subordinates to increase their capabilities, productivity, efficiency, creativity and motivation that will support both current company goals and long term business growth

Other Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering
- 5 to 7 years in Project management in elevator industry or construction related business, with minimum 3 years in management position
- Understanding of industry and overall business, flexibility and ability to visualize the big picture, good communication and human relation skills knowledge in commercial and financial concepts
- Good command of English
- Khmer and Chinese are a plus
- Good command of computer skills
- Have conceptual understanding in technical engineering regarding elevator installations with knowledge of construction works
