Head of Digital Channel
Summary of Position
Our client is one of the leading insurance companies in Cambodia. They are seeking a Head of Digital Channel who will build new digital partners and drive strategic sales initiatives to support the overall Partnership Distribution channels through working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Initiatives/Performance:
- Acquire new partnership relationships with strong and reputational digital companies in the market
- Drive strategic sales initiatives to contribute to positive sales results and enhance mutual financial and social benefits with partners
- Drive strategic sales initiatives including creating incentive schemes for partners, sales team, RSM/LPs to deliver outstanding sales results; performance and drive the right sales behaviors
- Accountable for achieving defined target objectives in respect of sales and business growth in alignment with the business direction
- Monitor and communicate sales results regularly to both internal and internal stakeholder to ensure alignment and decision making
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage and engage regularly with partners to build strong relationship
- Constantly look out to develop new avenues of business with the partner to maximize the partnership potential
- Influence the decision with partners toward achieving strategic common and profitable goals
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance processes, efficiency and customers’ experiences
People Leadership:
- Build highly productive sales team with a strong sales culture
- Manage, leads, develops and coaches a team of RSMs, BLPs to achieve team performance effectiveness, personal career development and future succession planning
- Identify and groom potential sales managers to ensure constant availability of sales leaders to manage the sales force
- Enforce Banca performance standards to promote business quality
Reporting to
- Chief Partnership Distribution Officer (CPDO)
Other Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Banking or Business Management
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of life insurance and digital industry will be an advantage
- Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Banca distribution force and internal stakeholders
- Relationship building skills
- Motivational skills
- Positive and Can-Do attitude with high interpersonal and problems solving skill
- Ability to work under pressure with high performance standard
- People development and leadership skills
