Health Insurance Portfolio Management and Sales
Summary of Position
Our client is an insurance broker company in Cambodia. They are looking for a Health Insurance Portfolio Management and Sales who will be handling a portfolio of new and existing clients as well as internal process management. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
New Clients
- Send quotation Group/individual and update & follow up online quotation list
- Send application to insurer and process enrollment online
- Sent email to client to inform that the enrollment is processing
- Follow up with insurer to finalize the enrollment
- Confirm 1st payment to insurer to get the policy
- Send certificate, invoice, general condition & emergency number to client
- Save Certificate & Invoice in client's folder and update table sale (number policy & premium)
- For new client A+, pre fill up the information consent form and send to client
Existing Clients
- Follow up with insurer to receive renewal notification on time
- Check renewal invoice, compare premium and send to client
- Confirm 1st payment of renewal to get new certificate to send to client
- Question & reply : change coverage plan, zone, add/delete member
Internal operation
- Update New & Cancel Portfolio
- Update comparative premium table
- Check and download invoice or renewal from Extranet APRIL
- Prepare confirmation letter of coverage
- Update renewal list
- Update consent form list
Reporting to
- Director
Other Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in the service retail such as Travel Agent, Insurance Agent, Insurance broker, Insurance Company, Real Estate Agency background, Hospital Insurance services
- Good handling of job planning, process of management, Excel, Outlook, Office
- Good writing and speaking skills in English and French would be a plus
