Interior Design

Summary of Position

Ai Associates (Cambodia) Co.,Ltd, Currently, we are looking for an Interior Designer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordination and Preparation of Design Concept, Proposal to clients as per client’s request
  • Liaison with Suppliers/ Vendors for quotes & quality of finishes
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentation, Construction Drawings, assist with
  • Tender and site observation
  • Able to handle project independently from design conceptualization/ development till completion

Reporting to

  • Design Manager 

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Khmer and English

Other Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture & Design
  • Min 2 -6 years of relevant experience in Interior Design
  • Proven creative flair, strong color sense, and design documentation
  • Excellent space planning skills
  • Good communication and design presentation skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and PowerPoint & 3D software
  • A good team player, committed, self-motivated Positive working attitude, good initiative, committed and willing to learn
  • Possess good communication and inter-personal skills Well versed in AutoCAD / Photoshop and PowerPoint software
  • Good knowledge and experience in handling Tender/ Construction drawing
  • package and interior detailing in AutoCAD for commercial offices
  • The initiative, Hardworking and responsible
