IT General Support Specialist
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Understanding users’ technical issue and applying appropriate solutions
- Providing quick maintenance on faulty desktop and portable computers
- Installing and troubleshooting computer operating systems (Windows and macOS)
- Ensuring business application up-to-date and having valid license
- Installing and configuring network resources (printers, scanners, shared storage) for users
- Supporting users to create and setup email accounts on computers and mobile devices
- Compiling reports (task completion, daily to monthly reports) for supervisor and/or manager
Other Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields
- At least one-year experience in technical support
- Knowledgeable in computer operating system (Windows and macOS), business applications
- Having experience with online service (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Be able to work and communicate within teams
- Possible to work under pressure and commit to the assigned jobs
- Strong problem-solving skills
