The successful candidate will be team-oriented, should interact well with all levels of the organization, is able to manage multiple projects from inception to completion while meeting deadlines, and manage people efficiently.   Positive attitude is essential.

The IT supervisor shall demonstrate interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a diverse and dynamic environment with short-notice under high pressure situations.

• System administrative works, including:
  • Manage and maintain domain and related servers, such as domain controllers, DNS, DFS, etc., with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Manage and maintain application servers and systems at local or overseas datacenters, such as trading system, monitoring system, ERP, CRM, or ITSM.
• Project Management of Internal IT, Production Support, and IT Solutions projects, and Ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-3+ years Network, System, and Project management experience.
• 3+ years of MIS related experience.
• Experience with IT systems and management, including Windows AD, Linux Operation, VMWare, OS X, and other application servers.
• Experience with AWS or GCP.
• Experience with Cisco devices and management, including routers, switches, firewall, NAS, and others.
• Excellent problem analyzing and troubleshooting skills to provide IT solutions for Business needs.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Careful, patient, and high responsibility
• Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization and customer base.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Communicate in English, Chinese is a plus.
• Mathematics or finance background
• Trading experience of financial products, such as securities, futures, and derivatives
• Familiar with ITIL v3, ITSM, and PMP.
• Experience with cloud computing services such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
