IT System Support Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring corporate email services availability
  • Monitoring and ensuring networking devices are up and running
  • Scheduling maintenance for devices and equipment during non-peak hour
  • Working actively with ISP to ensure always-on internet connections
  • Setting up and configuring online services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
  • Provisioning and managing essential cloud services (DigitalOcean, Amazon AWS, AlibabaCloud)
  • Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows system (CLI & GUI)

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Other Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields
- At least two-year experience in technical support
- Well-understanding on networking concept, design, deployment, and maintenance
- Good skill in CLI (Command-Line Interface)
- Experience in configuring MikroTik (RouterOS), and optionally FortiGate (FortiOS), Cisco (IOS)
- Familiar in managing online service (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Be able to work and communicate within teams
