Office Assistant

Summary of Position

Cambodian Children’s Fund is a world leading international non-profit organization founded in 2004 which provides life-changing education, nourishment and a wide-range of community services to vulnerable children and families from some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities. We are looking for Office Assistant.

The Office Assistant works closely with Accountant in order to advance for daily expense, distribute and do cash advance preparation and clearance. Follow up all things for all departments about their Purchase Request (put PR number, scan, keep to account or send to CCFCo). Set and receive book for meeting room and prepare room or hall, go to buy and prepare refreshment, water, and copy document for Meeting and Training. Ensure stationery support to all program are on time with good condition. Assist Co-Worker’s tasks when s/he is on leave and do other tasks are assigned by Line Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure procurement process is transparency, comply with procurement policy, and service is delivered on time with acceptable quality
  • Support with other unit staff to purchase inventories item following the procurement policy, and work closely with Accountant to release payment to suppliers on time
  • Manage meeting Room or Hall Room with prepare Laptop, LCD, water and copy document for Meeting and Training as well
  • Handle daily petty cash in order to advance for daily expense, distribute and do cash advance preparation with clearance and prepare report on monthly basic
  • Support daily stationery to all programs; ensure stationary items and IT equipment provide to staff/kids on time and enough
  • Monthly physical count stocks and submits quarterly report to Co
  • Prepare purchase request/Supply Request on time with follow up information and make sure all materials are in good conditions
  • Control and compile visiting schedule from Sponsorship & Volunteering Dept

At least 1 year

Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)

English

Other Requirements

  • Visibly ethical: able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work
  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or others related fields
  • Facilitation skill
  • Critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills
  • Be honest and trustworthy, respectful and helpful, commitment, responsibility and be flexible
  • Knowledge of computer (Ms. Office, email and internet)
