With 18-year experience, we are providing many choice of services including outbound tours, inbound tours, domestic tours, visa processing, visa extension, passport applying, passport extension, ticketing, and hotel reservation. We are looking for Outbound Tours Operator.

• Be responsible for providing practical support to tourists and dealing with various organizational aspects of a trip
• Design and create new tour packages to fulfill the RTR Customers ’needs
• Plan tours and build up itineraries due to request (Duration and destination)
• Prepare quotation of tour packages for clients
• Build good relation with suppliers including airlines, hotels and resort representatives
• Confirmed customer names with airlines, hotels and oversea partners
• Provide pricing information
• Handle bookings for hotels, transportation, and sites of excursion
• Collect information from tours leader after leading tours to find out good feedback for the RTR service improvement
• Make research to find out more attractive tourism destination or sites
• Other tasks requested by Managing Director or OP Manager

The OP Manager

• Bachelor degree of tourism
• Good English and Chinese proficiency
• Strong organization, communication, report writing, decision-making, and good interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills
• Research and development skills
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, trustworthily, and collaboratively
• High level of confidentiality required
