The leading international company specialized in production and development of premium sportswear. We are partner to some of the world’s leading brands in the sports and fashion industry is looking for a Production Manager.

The Production Manager will be in charge of taking production responsibility, and setting up the production lines according to the highest industry standards.

Minimum 5 years of experience in middle management at garment industry.

Fluency in Khmer and in English.

• Oversee the production process, draw up a production schedule
• Ensure that the production is cost effective
• Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Work out the human and material resources needed
• Estimate costs and set the quality standards
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
• Liaise among different departments
• Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers and review worker performance

To the Managing Director 

• Bachelor’s Degree in management and engineering or related fields
• Professional in garment expertise of sportswear and similar garment
• Experience with CSR (SA8000) is an advantage
• Strong reporting skills
• Very organized and good in problem solving
• Strong leadership skills with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
