Summary of Position
ECO INTERIORS INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD: We are hiring Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and clousure of a project. Most of the issues that impact a project result in one way or another from risk. He or she is accountable for the success or failure of a project.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead with overall responsibility of the success of all project from design concept to design completion, working with key partners, budgetary management, project planning and implementation, technical and regulatory compliance and project completion
- Ability to lead a team of project members, coach and advise team members towards accomplishing goals, meeting established schedules and resolving technical/operational issues
- Responsible for managing clients’ expectation, ensuring project is according to schedule and budget
- Participate in tender preparation and ensure project estimation is prepared with reasonable accuracy
- Work closely with QS on Project costing, Progress Claims, and Budgeting, Preparing Cost comparison chart between subcontractors, Cost recommendation and Resource Planning
- To ensure all the tenders are awarded on time in accordance with the approved master work programme including coordination of the tender process, tender documentation, tender analysis and report, recommendation for awards
- Preparing project internal timeline, project construction schedule, monitoring and reporting on project related activities. Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, productivity rates and established financial controls
- Preparing and verifying work completion, finalizing sub-contractor’s invoices and recommends to the Management whether contractor payment requests should be approved or denied
- Monitoring sub-contractor compliance with quality, time and budget in order for project to run project smoothly
Languages Required
English speaking is required;
Mandarin speaking will be an advantage

- Applicants must be willing to work at Sihanoukville, Cambodia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required language(s): English
- Mandarin speaker will be an advantage
- Must have adequate knowledge of building trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing and general construction
