International Pharmaceutical Factory (IPF) is a new privacy factory in Cambodia that produced drugs. Currently, we are looking for Quality Control Supervisor (Pharmacist).

• Establishes, develops, implements, and evaluates the quality assurance system
• Provides overall direction to quality assurance, quality control, in process control, Good manufacturing practice (GMP) and Good laboratory practice (GLP)
• Responsible for establishing, verifying and implementing all quality control procedures, validation programs, in process procedure and GMPs
• Responsible for release and rejections of packaging materials and raw materials, intermediate products, finished product in accordance with established specifications
• Ensure that product is produced according to national and international legislation standard
• Maintains contacts with regulatory agencies (such as Ministry of Health) with respect to quality of drugs
• Approves suppliers and all of contact analysis
• Ensures that all analytical results are reliable through GLP
• Evaluates performance of all subordinate staff and recommends them for salary progression or promotions
• Writing AMM dossier that contact with quality control
• Leads the problem solving in case of quality, GMP, GLP deviation and follow up corrective and preventive action proposed by concerned departments or divisions
• Plans, organizes, leads and controls on quality assurance to optimize the cost efficiency quality requirement
• Makes monthly report and report on special observation with regards to GMP and quality issues
• Maintains a high standard of documentation and filling
• Any other related duties as assigned by Plant Manager
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling the quality pertaining to products, GMP and in process standards of the site and reports to Plant Director
• Directly responsible for the supervision of Quality Affairs personnel
• Recommends employment of Quality Affairs personnel and hires in consultation with Plant Director
• Responsible for ensuring a high level of employee morale, a favorable working environment and opportunities for employee development
• Hires in cooperation with Plant Director and Human Resource Manager, develops, and supervises the progress of all professional non-exempt Quality Affairs personnel together with supervisors of his respective groups
• Coordinate GMP and hygiene education of personnel of the site with respective departments in consultation with Plant Director and monitors its progress
• Maintains an excellent order in filing of analytical test methods, analytical reports and in storage of retention sample
• As member of Material Management Meeting, where sales requirements are discussed
• In matters of GMP and hygiene, collaborates with respective departments and make suggestions on its standards to Plant Director
• Makes progress reports on quality control matters, including stability reports, on in-process- control and GMP issues and memos on special cases for Plant Director
• Forecasts, prepares and monitors the operating, personnel and capital expense budgets
• Accompanies government inspectors during inspections of Quality Affairs Department

• Khmer national, good working knowledge of Khmer and English
• Pharmacist / inexperienced freshly graduated in Pharmacy are welcome also
• Good knowledge in computer (MS word, Excel)
• Being an honest, respectable, flexible, and adaptable person
• Can work well with people who have little formal education
• Never mix any Cambodian politics or religion or discrimination into the work
