A real estate startup company is looking for  enthusiastic, self-motivated, and honest professionals, who will be in charge of pre-sales and sales activities. More specifically, he/she will be collecting available rentals data; increasing customer base by generating leads; communicating with customers who are looking to rent apartments, condos; counseling clients on rental options that suit their needs.

• Collect data on available units for rent/sell
• Input data into RentPP system
• Generate leads
• Provide prompt and quality response to inquiries
• Nurture relationship with existing customers
• Arrange tours of rentals to leads
• Facilitate negotiations between potential renters and rentees

• Sociable
• Honest
• Good knowledge of both written and verbal English
• Basic knowledge of computer skills
• Organized
• Willing to learn and excel
• Can-do attitude
• Experience of real estate agent is welcome
• Knowledge of Chinese is preferred
• Knowledge of CRM is welcome
