A rising local consultancy company in the real estate field with strong international ties is looking for a Senior Real Estate Agents (Freelancer).

The Senior Real Estate Agents (Freelancer) will be in charge of preparing and negotiating sales, purchase, and lease agreement.

At least 1 year experience in any industry.

• Prepare and Negotiate Sales/Purchase/Lease Agreements
• Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Manage property auctions or exchanges
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Build up your real estate business with the company

To the Line Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent field
• All Nationality, with any backgrounds are welcome to apply
• Familiar with the land prices in Phnom Penh Area
• Flexible working hours, can work from home
• Preferably with own transport
