Recruitment Assistant
Summary of Position
Saint Blanquat & Associates is a premier human resources and management consultancy in Cambodia and we are looking for a Recruitment Assistant.The Recruitment Assistant will be responsible in assisting the consultants in daily operation including digital advertisement, recruitment and admin tasks.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare job advertisements for publication on company social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and websites
- Handle first contacts with candidates through social networks and phone calls. Answers questions, facilitate applications, etc.
- Make sure that the company tools are properly updated: new candidates CV in the CV database, update positions status in the recruitment software, etc.
- Source candidates according to instructions from Senior Consultants
- Organize the candidates interviews with the consultant in charge, arrange schedule, follow-up when required
- Draft Job Descriptions and candidate’s summary to present to clients
- Follow-up with candidates to track the status of the recruitment process
- Other task assigned by manager and senior consultants

Other Requirements
- Good command of English (Khmer native)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar job
- Good communication skills
- Good command of social networks and digital tools
- Flexible, great team player, friendly and positive attitude
