Recruitment Consultant

Summary of Position

HRFirst Consulting: Currently, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions, job specification, and job announcement
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job channels
  • Fill the client’s job vacancies or workforce demands both current and future needs with the right time, candidate, and cost
  • Source and recruit candidates by using the database, social media, networks, etc
  • Explore and maintain good relations with candidates and client and attract potential candidates
  • Screen candidates resume and job application, and conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selecting tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Prepare the contract for a client
  • Negotiate and keep follow up between client & candidates
  • Reference and background checks
  • Provide support in recruitment activities in terms of interview coordination and recruitment advertisement;
  • To build and promote employer branding programs. These activities may include (but not limited to) activating career fairs/forum, developing/distributing marketing materials, and building relationships with targeted labor sources (such as career fairs organizers, university, education or training institutes, etc.)
  • Do a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly recruitment reports and regularly submit to Senior

Other Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor degree in business administration or any related field
  • Minimum 1 year in recruitment function in related industry
  • Experienced in HR consulting firm is a plus
  • Knowledge of general human resource functions/discipline
  • Knowledge of employer branding approaches; job analysis, evaluation, and design of job description; internal and external recruitment & selection techniques; staffing projection
  • Knowledge of Cambodian labor law and practices; complaint solution & conflict management; principles of survey creation, administration, and evaluation;
  • Ability to collaborate in a large group, delegate, and partner with others
  • Basic skills in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and education/learning software
  • Strong written, verbal, and active listening skills
  • Strong leadership and learning agility
