Recruitment Officer
Summary of Position
Our client is Cambodia's premier human resources and management consultancy specialised in top management recruitment, HR processes & organisation counseling, and in-house magazine. The Recruitment Officer will be in charge of handling the recruitment projects and facilitating with the clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Visit employer to assess their requirements and introduce the company
- Prepare job descriptions
- Implement the process of search and selection
- Identify and approach suitable candidates
- Manage advertisement strategy and applications screening
- Interview applicants to determine their job requirements and suitability for particular jobs
- Request references
- Introduce candidates to the clients and organize interviews as requested
- Brief candidates about responsibilities, salary and benefits
- Negotiate salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
- Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
- Support the integration of new employees as much as needed
- File and maintain customers’ filing system
- Contribute to the definition of the general sourcing strategies
- Participate in the general recruitment communication strategy and monthly newsletter

- Excellent time management, planning and organization skills
- Outgoing and reliable personality
- Full professional proficiency in writing and speaking English and Khmer; French is a plus
- Professional proficiency in English
