Restaurant Assistant Manager

Summary of Position

Sesame Noodle Bar: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Restaurant Assistant Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • General customer service during open hours
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and safety
  • In charge of petty cash & daily expenses
  • Training new staff and managing staff regular basis
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Helping in any area of the restaurant when required

High School or equivalent

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Khmer - Native
English - Good

Other Requirements

  • 3+ years restaurant serving experience with English
  • Good leadership and teamwork skill
  • Strict use of good hygiene and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication skills (Khmer & good English)
  • Friendly, confident and willing to learn new things
  • Proactive – always finds productive things to work on without being asked
