Sale Back Office

Summary of Position

The largest integrated oil and gas companies in the world providing energies from around the world that spur involvement and creativity and enable the
company to aim for ever increasing quality, safety and efficiency is looking for a Sale Back Office.

At lease 1 year appropriate experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, both in Khmer and English.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and modify customer in Tom Card system (system to issue Club Card)
  • Issue Club Card for customer 
  • Manage paper roll for stations
  • Process credit note for Club Card customers that use MOPS price
  • Process credit note Duty free for Club Card customers (post paid card)
  • Process cash sale White Product for direct stations
  • Prepare fleet card report for Finance department
  • Follow month end closing procedures
  • Report to the Management for any errors or mistakes

Experience Required

At least 1 year appropriate experience

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills, both in Khmer and English

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with knowledge of accounting
  • Efficient in computerized enviornment
  • Knowledge of SAP
