Sales Manager-Real Estate
Summary of Position
The major-player company specialized in real estate and property development in Cambodia is looking for a Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager will be in charge of implementing sales plans; supervising sales staff.
At least 3-5 years relevant experience in Sales or related business.
Proficiency in English both speaking and writing.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and/or review various management reports and agreements (e.g. Sales reports, S&P agreement etc.)
- Conduct, maintain and evaluate comprehensive market research data
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
- Projectexpected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Maintain national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies
- Analyze trends and results
- Overall responsibility for sales matters
