Khmer Ceramics Fine Art Center: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Seller (M/F).

The Seller will be responsible for directing and assist existing customers in our shop. The seller is responsible to offer memorable experience for the customer. Implementing our programs and processes to be helpful as much as possible for the customer and participating in marketing activities. He/ She will be based in Siem Reap.

• Greet customers and determine what each customer wants or needs
• Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment
• Maintain records related to sales
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers
• Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales
• Prepare sales slips
• Place special orders or call warehouse to find desired items
• Clean shelves, counters, and tables
• Provide high standard of service to all customers at all times

• Bachelor Degree or lower degree accepted if at least 3 years' experience in similar position
• Outgoing personality, confidence and ability to work under pressure
• Autonomous and pro-active with customer focus and strong communication skills
• Problem solving & organizing skills
• Team player and positive personality
