Senior Recruitment Officer
Summary of Position
Saint Blanquat & Associates is a premier human resources and management consultancy in Cambodia and we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Officer. The Senior Recruitment Officer will be responsible in client management and manage all phases of full-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement and onboarding. Creatively source high-caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, social media, cold-calling and employee referrals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients to assess their needs and requirements
- Responsible for client relationship management to ensure the service is delivered to client properly and on time basis
- Draft job descriptions and manage advertisement strategies
- Screen applications, identify and approach suitable candidates
- Follow up job references and conduct candidate interviews
- Prepare executive summaries and introduce candidates to clients
- Coordinate the whole process of recruitment between candidate and client from candidate profile introduction phase to on-boarding including reference check
- File and maintaining of internal database
- Coach, support and advise recruitment team by helping them in sourcing, contacting, and providing candidates
- Review & revise executive summaries from team members
- Support team and management in defining new sourcing and communication strategies.

Other Requirements
- Bachelor degree in human resources management or related fields
- At least 3-years-experience in HR work specially in recruitment, selection and HR Project
- Experience in client relationship management and project management
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Good at communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making
- Result oriented, flexible, accountable, great team player with friendly and positive attitud
