• Seniority Payment;

Summary of Position
JACCS FINANCE (Cambodia) Plc.: Currently, we are looking for an Internal Audit staff to conduct operation and compliance audit at HO/Branches and business units.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct operation and compliance audit at HO/Branches and business units;
- Draft internal audit report for internal audit manager to review;
- Assist in evaluate operation efficiencies and contribute to improve overall structure and practices;
- Assist in develop audit planning and detect key weakness areas;
- Monitor and check compliance with banking regulation and accounting standards;
- Follow up on the progress of implementation and recommendation;
- Assist in tracking all audit issues and management's corrective action to final resolution;
- Assist audit team in conducting spot check;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by line manager.

Khmer & English for both verbal and written
Other Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Accounting, Finance and Banking, Business Administration, or related field;
- CAT/ACCA Student is an advantage;
- At least 1-year work experience in Internal Audit tasks in MFI, Banking or relevant sector;
- Good English and Khmer in both speaking and writing;
- Have an ability to check and diagnose problems;
- Be able to work with high sense of confidentiality;
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, team player, and good negotiation skills;
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point);
- Willing to travel to province;
