Store Manager of Fashion Store

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve the budgeted sales objectives by providing an exceptional Retail sales & service experience
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Ensures availability of merchandise and services; maintaining inventories.
Execute good marketing programs in compliance with Brand guidelines; organize display and merchandising of products .

Certification

Manager (Staff supervisor,...)

- Good English (speaking & writing) of Vietnamese

Minimum 2 years experience at supervisory level or equivalent, and experience in retail or service oriented industry preferred
Passion for fashion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Energetic team player with the ability to lead teams
Strong selling skills and experience in a management role in a retail environment
Effective leadership and ability to manage a team with the desire to integrate with the team, listen to the voice of your team member, and generate fresh and innovative ideas.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure, accepting long working hours and occasional travel for business.
Good in English/ Vietnamese communication
