Ensure execution of all standard planning processes in the responsible Operation Center and lead the factory team in achieving product availability by continually improve the quality and timeliness of factory planning & capacity reliability, product transfer execution, order confirmation, production and shipping accuracy and provide efficient and effective solutions to requests from the customers. 2.Coach, train and influence the factory planning team’s competency level by training and increasing their understanding of NUSO raw material and finished goods shipment planning processes. 3.Act as the coordinator with a China-based supply chain management team and support key function such as custom declaration, certificate of origin application, material delivery planning.

• Accept the customer's orders and inquiries, confirm the delivery dates with the factory, and deliver qualified products on time;
• Coordinate with related departments of the factory to arrange productions in time and track productions;
• Arrange shipments according to orders’ requirements;
• Cooperate with company Finance to manage materials and inventory;
• Manage the timely delivery of local suppliers;
• Ensure the normal operation of production equipment;
• Sending the samples to customers according to Sales instructions;
• Cooperate with Equipment’s need to manage spare parts;
• Coordinate with local government departments to meet the needs of the company.

• University and at least 3-4 years of relevant business experience, with some relevant managerial experience
• Experience in supply planning, production, and/or logistics preferred.
• Good verbal and written English and Cambodian communication skills, and Chinese language skill is a plus
• Proficiency with standard software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.
