Cambodia Advance Communications Ltd or “CADCOMMS” aims to be one of the leading telecommunication services providers in Cambodia is looking for a BI/Engineer Report.

Minimum 2 years experience implementing data warehouse designs and experience in Billing is preferred.

Fluent in English.

• Define the overall data warehouse architecture
• Define technical requirements, data and technical architectures for the data warehouse
• Design and direct the ETL process, including data quality and testing
• Design the analytical area for reporting and campaign management
• Design and direct the information access and delivery effort for the data warehouse
• Translate client user requirements into technical architecture vision and implementation plan
• Technical lead of Warehouse related projects
• Implementation of new BI tools and design of Data Warehouses to enable the business to perform real time reporting
• Enable fact-based decision making and ad hoc analysis using data mining and reporting tailored to the needs of the end user
• Other Task will be assigned by Line Supervisor/Manager

• Bachelors degree Engineering, IT, or Computer Science preferred
• Thorough understanding of the definitions, analysis and reporting outputs from the data warehouse
• Reviewing and tuning SQL and PL/SQL code
• Designing database packages and procedures. reporting outputs from the data warehouse
• Ability to work cooperatively with other groups making up the data warehouse team, negotiating changes with other group
• Required to deal with complex data models and object relational database mapping, while producing complex reports
• Writing ad-hoc queries based on schema knowledge for various reporting requirements. Writing / tuning data ingestion procedures from external suppliers and partners using PL/SQL, sql loader, 3rd party tools eg. Toad, Pl/SQL Developer etc
• Comprehensive knowledge of web development application packages such visual studio
• Comprehensive knowledge of HTML, XML, C#, .NET, scripting languages, and cross-platform web accessibility standards
• Ability to create standards documents, data design documents and system diagrams
• Strong business and communication skills
