• Proven work experience cooking, prep cook
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and wok
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (fry, wok, steam, boiling etc.)
• Teamwork skills, ability to follow all sanitation procedures
