• Lead and guide the creative conception and execution of important brands, and supervise the quality of works
• Responsible for the formulation of advertising strategies and the creative design of advertising works; be able to lead the creative team to work; good at utilizing and guiding the team to develop and create
• Responsible for leading the team and providing professional training and guidance to the department members
• Coordinate the working relationship between the Content Department and other departments
• Provide department evaluation reports and development suggestion on a regular basis, and work out department cost planning according to the company's development

• College degree or above in journalism and communication, advertising, etc
• Have 3 years or more experiences on the same position, 4A advertising company experiences is preferred
• Have the concept of brand strategy and creative vision
• Good expression ability and communication skill, good teamwork spirit
• Have good professional ability and successful experience in media
• Strong creative desire, unique creative concept, strong expression, and good team spirit
