Our client is an international manufacturing company in Cambodia. They are looking for a Director of Operations who will be responsible to organize and oversee the daily operations of the company and will be the one to ensure that the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.  He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Primary leader for achieving Gross Profit and Gross Margin target.
• Ensure operation is meeting Demand Generation needs to achieve the revenue growth target.
• Ensure operations is meeting Accounting and Finance needs to provide data and other relevant information.
• Ensure operations is meeting Demand Generation needs through Agile process.
• Ensure operations is meeting Managing Director needs.
• Primary leader for Shingo Prize awarded by fiscal year 2025.
• Primary leader to achieve Food safety and Quality culture target
• Manage the leader of Community/Human resource to maintains SA8000 for Social Accountability with no major Non-conformance. 
• Manage the Finished Goods leader to get BRC certificate AA+ or A+ for all saleable products.
• Manage Finished Goods leader to ensure ISO 140001 Certified  
• Manage Finished Goods leader to ensure is ISO 270001

Managing Director

• A master’s degree or equivalent and relevant professional qualification
• Significant industry experience
• Excellence organizational and leadership skills
• Excellence decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of diverse business functions and principle e.g. Human resource, legal, production etc.…
