Baitong Hotel and Resort: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Finance Manager.

• Checking and approval all transactions posted by accountants, checking and posting all transactions entered by senior accountants, checking all line accounts and make sure to be couriered to principals on time
• Cash flow management: Minimize cash expense, cash forecasts planning
• Follow up and communicate with principal in receiving the payment as well as make sure all the invoices due have be paid on time to trade suppliers
• Dealing with outsiders (bank, auditors, tax officer, …) for all the needs required
• Reviewing, verifying, allocation, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly closing and prepare the monthly/ quarterly/ yearly report for the management
• Examine, analyze accounting records, and financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and submit to the management
• Prioritizing, organizing and accomplish daily work efficiency and effectively
• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations with in time frame, build relationships and interact with tax officers, manage and coordinate tax queries and tax audits from GDT
• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex incomes tax returns, identify and mitigate tax risks
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
• Coach and train accountants in the group in tax preparation, manage tax provision and tax compliance process, manage and coordinate tax audits, maintain tax balances on general ledger
• Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
• Perform other assigned tasks by the management

• Bachelor/ Master degree in Accounting, Finance and CA/ACCA certificate is plus
• At least 7 to 10 years of working experience as tax, finance or accounting manager
• Extensive understanding of tax provision and compliance
• Ability to prepare work accurately and timely with attention to details
• Strong analytical and research skills and attention to detail
• Good command of spoken/written/presentation in English, and ability to work with multi-levels and culturally-diversified team dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal, communicate and presentation skills with tax officers
• Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility
