Daehan Group: Currently, we are looking for an IT Supervisor. 

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Provide overall IT support to all users in internal & external and other System Application
• Solve daily problem with user in Software and Hardware, Microsoft office, Virus, Office machine, Networks, LAN/WAN security, Cabling structure, Internet & E-mail & outlook
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Configure Device such as: Router, Wireless Access point, Wireless printer, network printer and Home Printer
• Possibly training more junior staff members
• Other task assigned by IT Manager

• Bachelor of Computer Science
• 2-3 years’ work experience in IT
• Can communicate in English
• Good attitude, independent, and responsible person
