Our client is an international construction company in Cambodia. They are looking for an IT Support Officer who will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating technical supports to the company. He/she will be based in Sihanoukville.

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Coordinating with HR for the new staff arrival to provide the IT support & material needed
• Ensure that software licensing laws are adhered
• Monitoring and maintaining the company’s computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (In-person and remote)
• Setting up accounts for new users and repairing and replacing equipment when necessary
• Learning and keep updating with new technologies

• IT Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or related experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience within information technology position, experiences in Construction Industry is a plus
• Experienced and efficient in the most current technologies and products used in the industry
• A technical, logical thought process, problem-solving skills
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines and to priorities and delegate
• Proficiency in English.
