Our client is a subsidiary of a well-known American luxury goods retailer with operations across the globe. They are looking for a Production Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that the production goals are met in all areas according to plans. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Plan with her/his team the production, anticipates problems and suggests corrective actions
• Maintain a normal production output, QC-ing stones in the areas required
• Identify and implement creative and innovative ideas to continuously improve and sustain the business
• Adhere to security procedures at all times and set example for the team to follow
• Responsible for accurate completion of fix flex information
• Coach, motivate, and set plans to manage and improve team performance
• Communicate individuals team goals and values
• Manage the training done by his team leaders
• Manage subordinates’ key effectiveness area by setting, monitoring, and reviewing performance and taking corrective action as necessary
• Implement knowledge management principles through application of tools and methodologies to continuously improve and sustain business performance
• Liaise actively with Quality assurance making sure quality standards are met
• Liaise actively with inventory control with regards to the logistics planning of the factory, making sure the production is balanced
• Liaise with the workshop making sure quality standards are met
• Maintain safe attitude at work and behave in a safe manner to prevent accidents and injuries as well as strictly adhere to all safety operating procedures and through safety programs

• Senior Plant Director

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other related fields
• 3-5 years of leadership experience with manufacturing global company
• Strong knowledge of Computer skill, MS Office and other relevant software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees
• Fluency in English language spoken and written, strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking, and strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Good understanding with manufacturing production planning and process.
