Our client is an international construction company in Cambodia. They are looking for a Project Engineer who will be responsible for developing written instructions and drawings, supporting production in the investigation of technical problems, which may involve, as necessary, the development of tools and processes. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Issue of method statements (documents written in English) (defines the various implementation options and prepares the worksite installation plans, schedules and operating modes and identifies human and material requirements)
• Manage issuing of methods drawings
• Conduct meetings to examine and, if necessary, audit the technical design, and take part in technical examinations with the client
• Identify technical problems and make the necessary technical decisions within the limitations imposed by contractual requirements
• Support to engineering and construction managers and assist to QHSE preparing plans
• Participate in issuing of weekly and monthly progress curves
• Promote and maintain a positive safety culture when developing the programme (eg co-activities)
• Contribute to safety initiatives, behavioral safety
• Proactively take measures to eliminate/ minimize potential environmental impacts

• Technical manager

• Bachelor of Engineering, Method Engineer, Civil Works
• At least 5 year experiences in Methods (Preferable Experience on Water Process Plans and Water Works)
• Good English in writing and speaking (test may be requested)
• Strong knowledge in MS Office and Autocad
• Possess good Team spirit, Seriousness, Engagement/ Involvement
• Knowledge of safety procedures
