TH F&B is one of Business Units in TH Group focusing on fast food service and restaurant. Our company is authorized food franchise brands of Carl's Jr from the US, Cold Stone Creamery from the US, Gyu-Kaku BBQ from Japan, On-Yasai Shabu Shabu soup from Japan, and Pappa Rich from Malaysia.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality food and service and develop ourselves to be the largest company in fast food and restaurant in Cambodia.

• Prepare plan, organization, evaluation, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system
• Provide technical advice to designer, supervisor, inspector and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System
• Analyze MEP engineering problems and formulate solutions
• Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects
• Plan, organize, review and evaluate the work of designers, subcontractors and others
• Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations whenever required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or any related-fields
• At least 5 years of experience in interior fit-out project management
• Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately forecast project requirements
• Able to work well within a team based environment and various stakeholders
• Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable
• Ability to multitask, self-motivate, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Possess good practical organization skills, planning of resources and program scheduling
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and other software as required
