Currently, we are seeking a talented candidate to fulfill a position for Recruitment Consultant who will be in charge of handling the recruitment project and facilitating with the client. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Visit employers to assess their requirements and introduce the company services 
• Prepare job descriptions and requirement into the template
• Implement the process of recruitment and selection
• Identify and approach suitable candidates
• Manage advertisement strategies and applications screening
• Interview applicants to determine their job requirements and suitability for particular jobs
• File and maintain customers’ filing system

Report to Managing Consultant 

• At least 1 year of working experience in Recruitment and Selection 
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Full professional proficiency in writing and speaking English and Khmer; other language is a plus
• Outgoing and reliable personality
• High sense of confidentiality
