Our client is a leading real estate enterprise in Cambodia. They are looking for a Sale Manager who will formulate strategies of project branding and marketing, assist the Marketing Director to complete the decomposition and implementation of project planning, sales preparation, marketing promotion, and other related work plans to accomplish annual business goals. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Assist the Marketing Director in establishing and improving the marketing management system, optimize the local marketing network, integrate marketing resources, and comprehensively promote the implementation of marketing strategies.
• Organize market research, collect information, research, decide, and timely adjust the company's product development and marketing promotion direction; research industry trends, and provide feasibility reports on market operations
• Cooperate with the Marketing Director to organize and formulate major marketing promotion, event promotion, and brand promotion plans at various stages, and guide the implementation.
• Optimize and train local marketing team, guide, supervise, and inspect the implementation of the sales targets of relevant positions, and ensure the completion of the sales tasks.
• Coordinate and maintain local VIP customer relations and external public relations, reach out for major business opportunities, and solve major problems in business development.

• Marketing Director

• Cambodian or other nationalities who have local industry experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in real estate development or real estate marketing in related industries.
• Strong marketing skills and high-quality local network resources.
• Good at personnel training and management and integrating product advantages for promotion and marketing.
• Fluent in English, able to communicate in basic Chinese.
