Sales and Marketing Manager

Our client is an automotive servicing company in Cambodia. Currently, they are seeking for a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day team sale operations and focusing on building the strategy of the business. This incumbent responsibility is to identify new business opportunities and manages sales functions to support company target revenue. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

- Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for branches, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products, analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending service selling prices, monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
- Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share
- Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product and service packaging, coordinating new product development
- Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s
- Set sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team and work with sales executives on approaches to building the business
- Train sales team on sales techniques and giving advices
- Perform managing underperforming members of the sales team
- Oversee all marketing activities and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy
- Research potential target industries and customers
- Put together a content marketing strategy for the company & build company brand
- Perform other tasks assigned by Management

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- At least 7 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related field, preferably in the automotive sector
- Demonstrate strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task, excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
