Bright Victory Mekong Petroleum Import & Export Co., Ltd (BVM) is a petroleum importer operating in Cambodia since 2008 by providing quality gasoil and gasoline nationwide. We are looking for a Senior Operations Officer who will be based in Head Office to support and grow our business. It is expected to be filled as soon as possible.

• Manage and observe the effectiveness and compliance of the implementation of the policy and procedure in Operations department.
• Assist Operations Manager in the preparation of new policy and procedure or amendment of the existing policy and procedure.
• Manage, communicate, and work directly with suppliers/vendors to ensure that projects within Operations department is achieved in timely manner.
• Assist Operations Manager in following up daily operational tasks.

• Experience in logistic/transportation related fields is a plus
• Experience in transportation industry
