Arrow Shipping Agency Co., Ltd: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Senior EOM.

Job Scope:

• To manage Equipment operation and payment

• To close discharge list and check  DFUL  for KOS / PNH in DCS
• To generate agency commission in VMS DCS PNH / KOS
• To create VOC manual PO as system not process
• To create PO as any cost not key in system
• To generate generic proforma # for SOC storage, bundle PC cntr, difference lolo
• To release MT to customer (under export by sea,rental units and land service.)
• To update EMS all depot once empty keep for export at PNH depot and Phanomphen port
• To removed soft error from EMS all cntr export
• To issue trucking order under CIF PNH under clearance at KOS then send to vendor for arrange truck
• To create COC & SOC JIS  for CIF PNH ans Pnh empty back to KOS port
• To issue drop empty drop advice letter for PNH port services at O'lair & Union
• To check Trucking billing, Port billing and Kamsap billing before passing to account dept
• To follow up and chasing for long stay at cnee
• To survey for container damaged then submit report to document dept
• To calculate rental days with DCS SLOT-SLOR then pass to docs to issue invoice send customer
• To sale old units
• To control seals
• To send invoice TPC to customer
• To cross check demurrage collection from port with our demurrage data, then pass through account side for issuing invoice to SOC agencies then sign for check and verify in endorsed on invoice to process payment

Reporting to Country Manager

• Good experiences in operating Equipment and payment in Shipping industry
• Good command of English and Khmer
• Ability to increase productivity and drive operation target
• Good team player and good mindset
• Willing to work hard under pressure
