Our client is one of the leading international construction company in Cambodia. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be in-charge of all the cost relating from the designing to the construction stage and also ensure that the project remains within the budget. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Understanding, quantifying, budgeting and managing the costs of the works involved in the Project (during the design and construction stages)
• Review construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
• Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
• Review and approve the monthly statement applications (or other documents) issued by the subcontractors, and advise on the contractual claims
• Track any changes to the design or actual work and document any changes in design
• Liaise with VCGPs engineers, site managers, subcontractors, the Client and its Consultants (if needed)
• Prepare reports, analyses, risk assessment and other documents which may be required by the Project Director for the Client or other relevant stakeholders
• Manage his/her team and report to the Contract Manager and the Project Director
